Shipping time in Ireland is 2-5 days, international shipping depends on the country usually between 5 to 11 days.

Please keep in mind I do not have any control over transit times once gifts have been handed over to the courier and do not offer refunds or send replacement gifts in the event of a delay. Some parcels are delivered quickly, others are not unfortunately. Please place your order well in advance so that the shipment arrives before the event.
Should you provide an incorrect or insufficient address when ordering we are not liable to provide a replacement package. We provide a return to address so providing the package arrives back we will re-send your order but we do not accept liability for the additional postage cost. Please ensure all details are correct.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Personalized products can NOT be refunded or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
