Summer Journey - Series of layouts!

Hello Friends!

I know it suppose to be an mixmedia project but I messed up the dates and It will have to wait till tomorrow cos it is my DT inspiration scheduled for tomorrow. Sorry about that I hope you will forgive me this small mistake.

But I promise a post so I won't let you down on that. I just made another summer layout. It is also from my trip to Sardynia. This time the photo was taken in the ruins of Castelsardo. I have to say, spectacular and very romantic place. So as my layout. Toned colors, old window, birds, butterflies and flowers all creates the unique atmosphere. I hope you will fill it to.

I used in my project chipboard - beautiful window with a shutter. Usually to color it I use inks or glitter or embossing powder but to get old look best to color ans also to give some texture is structural paste. Paste itself is good for chipboards because it doesn't contains lots of water and they won't soak. So it won't damage them. To create shades I used a mist but I didn't spray it directly on . I sprayed on the side and than used brush to apply it and blending it in nicely.

Thank you for today

and

see you tomorrow for a mixmedia project.

I submit layout for a challenge
